Many items are available, but there should be price tags available on them. The lack of them is very inconvenient. The staff also seems a little unprofessional.

It is best pharmacy store in Rawalpindi & Islamabad have original pharmacy products not only Pakistani but also imported stock but the problem is that some time out of stock for which you have to locate other Dwatson store for availability. I will give them 4 out of 5 as most of times stock availability remain problem here .

Customer service was good. Kinda had to ask for attention to get the size on a product. There is a crowd behind the counter to help. They took a return and added a 10% return fee. Was not happy as it was their product. We will buy D. Watson as the last choice when shopping ! Horrible parking outside !

This is a mega store of D Watson that includes Grocery, Cosmetics, Optics, and Pharmacy. It’s the Best super store in the area with availability of all every day use essential grocery products. The grocery store is on ground floor with 4 fully stacked isles, and there is a QR device in the middle lane to self check prices of items. Have found the store to be fully stocked most of the times. They have a very large sections with over 6 Freezers for frozen food and dessert items which are both local as well as imported. They have 5 large fridge cases for all types of beverages (Milk, soda, juices, energy drinks etc) that are chilled round the year. The first floor is accessible by stairs only and has a huge sections for cosmetics, perfumes, undergarments, and optics. The pharmacy is located on the end of the mega store on the ground floor and is always well stocked. The only shortcoming is that they have only 2 cash counters and usually during busy hours check out gets delayed. Staff are well behaved, polite, and very helpful. They do not unnecessarily interrupt you and speak with you when needed. This is a one stop shop and highly recommended.
