Is functional endoscopic sinus surgery available at BBH?

Aoa ,i'm not satisfy ENT dept. i visit it here 5.5.24 10PM i found Dr Sadia .mine issue is i didn't hear any voice i tell her he refer me next day OPD .i have pain at this time but why she refer me .if she is sit for to refer then what is the the benifit for public

i've ear's problem and i had go yesterday at BBH on morning time but the OPD man told me that on Monday The ENT department did not open you come tomorrow but right now i feel very pain and the Pain killers not working ..
