Therapist didn't had the expertise for my issue...She even didn't tell me that we will have only 4-5 sessions...after 4-5 sessions, there were no sessions without any followup...my hard earned money is wasted...so disappointed 😞

I have contacted House of Wellness many times, for both myself and other people and I would definitely recommend reaching out to them if you're facing any difficulties in life. Its always a comforting and peaceful experience. Dr. Tasmeera provides so much understanding and empathy, I'd especially recommend to mothers of young teenagers and anyone facing low emotions or mood swings. I personally am someone who takes time to open up and am not comfortable discussing my problems with people, but I think they are highly reliable and definitely worth going to.

One of a kind place! In a country that already stigmatizes mental health and pushes us to figure things out on our own, House of Wellness offers facilities and assistance that we all so desperately need, regardless of how and what we feel. I aspire to live in a world where therapy for everyone is normalized and not such a taboo, and HOW is definitely a center that is pushing towards this goal. Offering both online and physical sessions, I think it is a place you can count on to actually be helpful - especially because of their esteemed therapists. Also, their trainings are always brilliant!

House of Wellness is truly a haven for those seeking psychological support. The professionalism and care of the staff are unparalleled, making each visit a comforting experience. With a highly experienced panel of psychologists (specially Dr. Tasmeera) and on-call psychiatrists, their comprehensive approach ensures tailored and effective treatment. Beyond therapy, their diverse offerings, including workshops and trainings as well. Their hospitality and gentle demeanor create a supportive environment where healing feels not just possible, but inevitable. Highly recommended.

I found my sessions very insightful and helpful, and I have improved a lot in my behaviour and approach through the coaching of Saiyida Tasmeera. I would recommend everybody to invest some time and money in the well-being of your mental health. Like Socrates said, “The unexamined life is not worth living!” We are not experts in diagnosing what’s going on inside our minds and how they are wired. So, the House of Wellness is a very safe space for you to learn from the experts and work on your hidden, unconscious issues that you may think you know, but trust me, you don’t—and taking sessions will help and transform you greatly. It’s true that, in the end, you have to work on yourself, but you cannot do it until you know what to work on. Therefore, I highly recommend it!
