Pathetic Services, what is the point of giving appointments to the patients, when they have to wait more then 2-3 hours from their committed appointment, Dnt be fooled by the hype of their name, even after taking appointments & paying 3,000 consultation fee just to see the doctor, Be prepared to wait at least 2-3 hours. The support staff just keeps on giving you lollipops that just after 1 patient you will now meet the doctor. Worst experience & pathetic customer service.

Overall experience : experience was good Recommendations : All gynaecologist are well experienced, professional. Listen to you very well, Don't give over medicine. Child specialist dr rehan is also very professional. Impressed with his history taking style and understanding of real issue. Speciality : Gynaecology and peads. ✅👍🏼 Service : service is good, they should shift online for appointments so one can save time. Children emergency opd available 24/7. Lab services available Sitting🪑 : was good. Central ai conditioning system working Restroom 🚺 🚻: not available for opd clients Staff 🧑‍🤝‍🧑: was cooperative Parking 🅿️ : very difficult to find parking 🅿️

Cozy Place to wait. Staff behavior is good and there is some waiting for ultrasound. The charges are on the upper side and it is being felt that test are being recommended unnecessarily which put the patient under financial burden.

Had the worst exp. Dr.Asad (Paeds) he got ticked off by a simple question by me about a medicine purpose and whether a second course will have any side effects, Dr Khattak however was a great exp.
