I had a very disappointing experience at Policyclanic Hospital. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, showing no concern for patients' needs. The hospital's management system is poorly organized, causing unnecessary delays and confusion. Instead of providing proper care, the staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful. Patients deserve respect and quality service, but unfortunately, this hospital fails in both aspects. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone looking for professional and compassionate healthcare.

This is a Public Hospital Located in the Heart of Islamabad. Usually this Hospital is very crowded and you need to go earlier to take the appointments. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the medical professionals were knowledgeable and thorough in their care. The facility was clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and reassuring environment for patients. I was impressed by the efficiency of their services and the range of medical specialties they offer. Whether you need routine check-ups or specialized medical care, Polyclinic Islamabad is a reliable choice. I would highly recommend their services to anyone seeking quality healthcare in the Islamabad area.

I went to their vaccination center since I needed a certificate for meningitis before travelling. You have to take your own injection and the place isn't the most sanitary. Make sure they are using a new syringe and everything. The vaccination clinic is near entry 3 on the right side of the slope. The timings are from 8am till 1pm.

Poor behavior of on duty doctor.. poor facilities, poor cleaning and worst hygiene.. Insects are here to welcome patients on beds
