Visited today for scan and had a best experience with doctor irum and the staff is very cooperative

Assalamualaikum v nice experience .I have visited 3doc there.first of all for my special downsyndrome child Dr Waqas child specialist he is great person and good experience with him.prof kinza alam she is best ever.Dr hasham cardiologist.staff is also very cooperative.

Extremely poor services, please do not waste your money or time here. I visited this place on 22 July 2023 and I must say this was my worse ever experience of visiting a private health facility in Rawalpindi/Islamabad after wasting 4 hours for a minute consultation and 10 minute bandage. Every single thing about this facility is wrong. Staff is clueless and misinforms, the facility is very congested, very little space to sit, and it’s unbearable to sit inside due to extremely bad toilet staunch due to toilet inside the premises. The doctors show up at least 30 minutes later than their scheduled start time. Had appointment with Dr. Junaid Khan, his scheduled time was 7:30 PM and he showed up at 8 PM. Then the doctor saw at least 5 people out of turn. No parking facility available. The place is located on main Murree road and is extremely noisy. Here is a genuine detailed review: Facility: Very congested and small space, they have cramped in 3 Doctor rooms, 1 Lab, 1 bathroom, reception desk, and a pharmacy inside a tiny space. Waiting area for patients of 3 doctors consists of only 13 seats. Staff: They miscommunicate as I asked twice if they were giving me appointment for doctor or telling me the time at which doctor starts practice. They said it was my appointment time, took my name and number. When I showed up they did registration and charged fee and then the second desk told me my number was 11. After 2.5 hours of wait, the staff told me there was a mistake and my number was 12. Meanwhile the doctor saw at least 5 people out of turn. Doctor: Dr. Junaid scheduled start time was 7:30 PM and he showed up at 8 PM. Our number was 11, and we got to see him after waiting exactly 3 hours. Doctor Junaid is a really nice person, though he saw us for literally 4 minutes as the injury required bandage, the procedure room did not have AC so we again waited in the stinky waiting area for another 30 minutes for the doctor to do the bandage/plaster. He finally did it after all his patients were done. He did not have a trained attendant, and just called in a random helper in, who also caused a lot of pain to patient due to his unawareness of the procedure. We also requested the doctor to apply Fiber Cast but he used the old school PoP Bandage and charged 7K for it. All in all we were done after 4 hours of arriving at this place.
