I wish I had taken photos of the scrap yard type waiting area we waited in before consulting with Dr Rizwan. And, I would overlook that if we had a satisfactory experience with the doctor. First off, the instruments the doctor uses are old. He could not identify the infection on the ear drum from the age-old instrument and prescribed us Soda Glycerine for ear cleaning which was very HARMFUL in this case! I'm so heart broken to write that my mother had to endure unnecessary pain after this diagnosis and before consulting a better doctor. The other doctor strictly prohibited the use of these drops. Now coming to the part that is so NOT ethical !! The doctor demanded that we buy HIS prescribed medicines from his OWN clinic! Mind it, there was no pharmacy there, his receptionist handed over the medicines in a shopping bag, without any receipt of payment! This was the RED flag that prompted me to look for another doctor, and ALHAMDULILLAH I visited another ENT specialist who identified and diagnosed the infection within minutes. I strongly URGE you to avoid this doctor and this place!
