Just did the vaccination of my kitten. Vet did well. However, overall outlook of the clinic and shop needs improvement.

They are so very much unprofessional. I bought my cat here for grooming. I dont know what they did to her. She is so scared and dont know how they shower her that her right eye was red , she was scared , and they even put water in her ear which leads to fungal infection and she is not eating anything due to that. If something bad happens to my cat i will come to your shop and will create a mess for you. Animals should be treated with love and kindness and not with inhumane acts. You are not doctors i think you guys need a proper mental treatment from somewhere. I request all to not bring your cats / dogs to them for any of the treatment.
