Very bad and pethatic experience. Appointment staff was only sitting to catch the customer, I travelled 200km reached clinic and doc was not there . Response was I don't know, doc is not in the clinic, asked why you didn't inform if thr was delay , replied if you want to see doc than wait if not you may go. Even there is no respectable place for sitting. This was staff behaviour. I hope doc would have the same . They only care for money rest nothing.

extreme mismanagement, they say that you need to have appointment before coming. I took the appointment 2 days ago and went before exact time still, they kept us sitting for more than an hour. Dr fwad and mam wardah are extremely hospitable although and very professional
