Very bad and pethatic experience. Appointment staff was only sitting to catch the customer, I travelled 200km reached clinic and doc was not there . Response was I don't know, doc is not in the clinic, asked why you didn't inform if thr was delay , replied if you want to see doc than wait if not you may go. Even there is no respectable place for sitting. This was staff behaviour. I hope doc would have the same . They only care for money rest nothing.

extreme mismanagement, they say that you need to have appointment before coming. I took the appointment 2 days ago and went before exact time still, they kept us sitting for more than an hour. Dr fwad and mam wardah are extremely hospitable although and very professional

Thanks to Dr Fuad for taking care of my mother for her cataract surgery. He has been very kind and considerate . Thanks to administration to take action for rectifying a few minor complaints.
